A great deal of artistry by Isabel Cabello to reinterpret Schrödl's original painting that observes this generational change.
Along with Frantoio, Coratina is Italy's most representative variety. One is more potent, the other is more subtle.
The harvest takes place in a modern, converted olive grove near Espeluy, where a variety uncommon in the province of Jaén was chosen.

For flavoured oils, regulations stipulate the correct label as a seasoning based on extra virgin olive oil. This has led some brands to use lower-quality bases for flavouring—often with disappointing results.
That is not the case here. This product by Aceites Elizondo delivers an intensely expressive black truffle character on an impeccable extra virgin olive oil base.
Gourmet consumers will appreciate this unique and exclusive Elizondo Trufa Negra, perfect for adding a special touch and surprising guests. A truffle piece at the bottom of the bottle imparts its unmistakable flavour.
Made on a base of Jaén extra virgin olive oil, this black-truffle flavoured oil is an exceptional condiment for fish, pasta, potatoes, aged cheeses and sauces—and for finishing all kinds of dishes.

It is recommended to consume it raw only within the first 6 to 8 months after production to fully appreciate its flavor, aroma, and properties.
